Evo sta kaze Matjaz o ovoj sezoni:
The season 2015 is over and looking back it was a much better season for me than last year. I finished feeling good and haven't got any serious injuries to worry about.
My results this year were better - I ended up finishing 4th in the world in Strongma Champions League list, 3rd in my heat at World's Strongest man, 1st at World's strongest team with Hafthor and much more ...
So now it's time to rest and do some easy training while already planning for season 2016.
The goal remains the same - coming back even stronger and better!!!

I have been working on my squat setup and today I changed my stance to a wider one - judging by how well it wentbtoday, this seems like a much better fit for me.
I hit a single at 360kg (shown here) tonight and then followed it up with a few heavier wrapped singles but the depth wasn't there, so I'll be back at it next time!

Yesterday was a great day training wise even though it started out lacking in the motivation department. That changed as soon as we started with the log lift and continued on to the dumbbell - last set done at 128kg!
