On je takmicar starije generacije,bio na vrhu odmah iza Dereka Pounstonea pa se izgubio,razveo,probao malo i drogu,po nekim pricama jedno vreme je ziveo na ulicama,ali ono sto je najvaznije uspeo je ponovo da se podigne i da bude uspesan takmicar!!!Ovde ga vidimo kako radi deadlift sa 675 funti.

Travis je pre nekoliko meseci imao slicnu povredu ramena kao i ja,i ovde ga mozemo videti kako radi isometricne vezbe trenutno je u pitanju sedeci potisak za ramena za koji kaze da mu jako puno pomaze u jacanju ramenog pojasa.

Travis je nezadovoljan svojim ucinkom na treningu gde je vezbao circus dumbell,ali po mom misljenju ne treba da bude nezadovoljan jer posle takve povrede ramena treba malo vise vremena za takve stvari.To kazem iz iskustva. ;)

I ja sam a mislim da je i on samo sto ni on ni ja ne mozemo da radimo tu vezbu sa max tezinom zbog povreda i onda moramo traziti te vezbe sa kojima mozemo napredovati a da ne boli ili da se ne povredimo. ;)

Jedna od najboljih momenata na drugom danu takmicenja na izboru najjaceg amerikanca za Travisa je bila da je lagano mogao podici dzak od 400 funti i staviti na platformu sto mu na treningu nijednom nije poslo za rukom,medutim kod drugih disciplina je pravio pocetnicke greske,ali je svestan toga i zadovoljan je svojim nastupom sa obzirom na povredu ramena i cinjenicom da se nije godinama takmicio.

Odlican rehab za zadnju lozu koju je pokidao na WSM takmicenju.Isometrijske vezbe u "kavezu" su extra stvar za te vezbe,jer tu mozes iz razlicitih uglova i visina raditi deadlift i da napumpas misic pre nego sto osetis bol,pa posle uraditi super seriju sa praznom sipkom,ali treba paziti da stanete pre bola.
