Three attempts for each man. We use a “Round System” so that the man with the lowest weight takes the first attempt, then the next lowest and on up until the man who has the heaviest weight for his first attempt—then back to the second round and repeat. We will have a “loading chart” beginning at 170 kg (374 lbs) and going up to as much as you need.

Frame Deadlift-deadlift
The timber frame is like the one used in the Arnold Strongman Classic. The athlete must lift the frame up until his body is fully erect and his legs are straight. Straps are allows. Each man will have three attempts, and the Round System as in the Log Lift. The first weight of the timbers that the athletes can choose will be approximately 400 kg (881 lbs) and a loading chart will allow the athletes to choose their second and third attempts. Straps are allowed.

Yoke Walk-super yoke
Loaded to a weight of approximately 500 kg.and carried for approximately 20 meters for time.

Circus Dumbbell-potisak jednorucne bucice
Similar to the dumbbell used in the ASC. The weight will be approximately 95 kg (210 lbs) and it will be lifted to the shoulder with two hands and then lifted overhead to full arm’s length and held for the referee’s signal. Each man will have 90 seconds to do as many repetitions as possible. Either hand may be used.
