3 rep max on log (160kg) found this hatd as I did legs last night. 2 rep max on incline (180, but should have g9be heavier) then sets of 2 at 80-85% of 2 rep max (150), did pullups to mix it up from lat pull downs (5 sets of 10-12) Tricep pushdowns and some curls
