Official athlete invitation
Welcome to the 2009 LOADED CUP - Amateur grandprix in bodybuilding, classic bodybuilding and body fitness.
The competition is arranged by LOADED and the Danish bodybuilding and Fitness Federation / IFBB.


Location
The contest will take place on the 18th of April 2009 in Ringsted Theatre & Congress Centre, Nørretorv 22, 4100 Ringsted, Denmark.

Ringsted is based 66 km. from Copenhagen Airport - Highway E20 goes derictly from the airport to Ringsted, take exit 36.

You can also travel by train directly from the airport to Ringsted by Intercity Train.

If you go by the German/Danish border in Padborg take highway E45/E20 towards Copenhagen and take exit 36. It is about 250 km. from the border.

Schedule
Friday the 17th of April 2009

Registration, weight-in and information etc. will take place in Ringsted Theatre & Congress Centre from 6:00pm (Please be there in time, if you show up later than 8:00pm you will not be accepted.)

All competitors must show up in posing trunk/bikini - female Body Fitness competitors must bring their swimsuit, shoes and finale - two piece bikini too.

Entry fee is 200 DKK(30€) for athletes and 200 DKK(30€) for coaches, maximum one coach per athlete.
The entry fee is to be paid by sign-in on Friday the 17th of April 2009 between 6:00pm and 8:00pm.


Saturday the 18th of April 2009

10:00am Prejudging
  3:00pm Intermission - EXPO - Seminar
  6:00pm Finals, Entertainment - Guest posing by Regiana Da Silva,
James "Flex" Lewis and Dennis Wolf.

The rules and the IFBB apply to the competition
All participants need a valid IFBB licence to compete.
All enrolments for the competition has to go trough your National Federation to the Danish Federation, to make sure you meet the qualification-demands and to make sure you have your National Federations permission to compete.
All participants need atleast a top 3 placement in a national og international IFBB competition in the last 3 years.

 Hej to every body in my email list for the LC 2009 Grandprix  We have 3 importent things to notice this year......  1. There will for this year be a maximum of 60 athletes allowed.....  2. You have to have a top 3 in the last 3 years... in a international ore a national IFBB contest to be as a athlete at the LOADEDCUP...... 3. I need all info aboudt athletes that want to compiete this year latest the 6 of April.... after that date, NO BODY will be there as a athlete.....
