Ne valja ti to covece. Kolko da te radi naviknes organizam na toliki kofein i posle ne mozes ni da maknes bez njega...

Popio si 18 tab Power Force-a???!!! Pa, zašto, čoveče?

U jednoj imaš 80mg kofeina i 700-ak mg taurina. I još popio 10 kom uveče... Strašno. Uneo si gram i po kofeina.

Ne igraj se sa tim. 2-4 kapsule dnevno su ti dovoljne.

U utorak sam popio ukupno 18 tableta PoverForsa nemogu da verujem jos uvek sam sebi. Popio ujutru 8 kad ono nista a ja jos 10 uvece pre treninga i zakasni mi delovanje celu noc nisam spavao.

Q: Is there a difference between guarana and the caffeine?

A: Guarana, with the latin name Paullinia cupana, is a Brazilian shrubbery that has found use in many regional soft drinks as a substitute for caffeine. It is now being used extensively as an additive to energy drinks including Pepsi’s Josta and Mountain Dew MDX, among others. Unfortunately, it is in many ways similar to caffeine; in fact, it actually contains caffeine—guaranine, theine, and mateina are all official synonyms for caffeine. So, it similarly acts as a CNS (central nervous system) stimulant. Gurana has been involved in some research for weight loss and cognitive function applications but the findings are inconclusive as yet. Furthermore, one of the other constituents of guarana, theophylline, may interact negatively with other medications, including cimetidine and phenytoin.
 
My take is that it is caffeine from another source. Just like tea or yerba mate, it should be taken in moderation and not be overdone.

A: For those who can't stomach the bitter taste of coffee, products made from the seeds of the guarana (Paullinia cupana) plant may seem like a better aid for staying awake and alert. Guarana, which has the same stimulatory effects as caffeine, has been used for centuries, originating in Brazil and Venezuela. In addition to help keeping you awake, the saponins, tannins, and resins in guarana have been shown to support weight loss, improve memory, and act as an antioxidant in the body. However, since herbs and supplements are unregulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the products available on the market may not live up to their purported benefits.

What we do know is that guarana has become increasingly popular as a food additive and dietary supplement in the United States. It can be found in "energy" and vitamin-enhanced drinks, reportedly added in order to provide energy and increase alertness. Guarana has also been used to promote weight loss when combined with other ingredients. It is still undecided whether all of these effects are due to the caffeine the plant contains, its other active ingredients, or both.

As with many supplements that seem too good to be true, there may be some risks associated with this miracle plant. Anecdotal reports and case studies have linked anxiety, heart palpitations, flatulence, diarrhea, chest pain, and even death to use of guarana supplements. To further muddy the waters, herbal remedies and dietary supplements do not have to be approved by the FDA, meaning their health claims aren't validated. Therefore the amount of active ingredient in a guarana pill can vary greatly from what's on the bottle label. Some formulas may contain three times the extract-amount listed on the label, while another may not have any at all. Unfortunately for the consumer, there is no way to determine amounts without a laboratory test.

It seems that the key to successful guarana use would be to buy it from a trusted brand, use it sparingly, and see how it works for you before making it a regular part of your routine. While guarana seems to deliver the same pick-me-up that many coffee drinkers have come to rely on, if you are concerned about possible health risks you might want to stick with a caffeine source more familiar to your body and better regulated — coffee, tea, or even a swig of good old-fashioned cola.

Jeste,u pitanju je kofein,ali licno,verujem da ima slabiji efekat nego uzimanje cistoga kofeina,
ali bacicu pogled po netu o tome pa cu da javim sta sam nasao.

Zanima me da li je kofein iz npr. guarane,zelenom caju i jos nekim sastojcima koji se nalaze u nekim sagorevacima neka vrsta kofeina i koja je razlika u odnosu na pravi kofein...da li ima istu jacinu i efekte...?

Nikad nisam pio ni kafu ni bilo sta sto sadrzi kofein...kao sto sam rekao, jedino iz zero kole malo.

znam ja kako deluje kofein i znam sta treba da ocekujem od njega :)

ali kod mene jednostavno manje od 300mg je bzvz.

A da li uvek nisi uzimao ili samo u poslednjem periodu?

Takodje, zavisi od tvojih ocekivanja kofeina... Mislim, on samo razbudi kada ste pospani, t.j. "digne" malo psihicki i fizicki, ali neozbiljno je ocekivati neznam sta...

Jer jako je cudno da ti ne unosis kofein, a osetis ga tek nakon 4 solje kafe... (>300 mg)...

Svakako da zavisi od osobe do osobe, ali bez izuzetaka kod ljudi koji ga ne unosi i manje kolicine "deluju"...

Ali i dalje bzvz razglabamo, neka svako odluci za sebe sta mu najvise odgovara t.j. sta misli da ce mu najvise odgovarati i to je to, napisali smo sve cinjenice...
