Sve u svemu, veliki napredak za tih 8 godina, svaka mu dala :D

Steta sto nije stavio kompletnu sliku,i napravi poredjenja i sa nogama, jer su mu sada zverske noge,pa da vidimo kako su izgledale pre 8 god

Koliko drugacije telo izgleda kad ima manji procenat masti. :)

Mislim i logicno je, ali kao da nije isti covek na slikama 2004. i 2006.

Ako uporedite te 2 slike ,a imali ste dilemu da li je natural, mislim da je vise nemate.  ;D

HOW AND WHEN DID YOU START TRAINING

I started really young, around 10 - 12 years old. I watched a lot of action movies and wanted to be like the heroes in them. Then I got into basketball, but lifted weights at the same time. After I was done with basketball I went in the Army for a year and there I completely switched to bodybuilding. I would say I’ve had some very tough periods in my life, but I have gone through them all and I am ready to overcome anything that life throws at me. To me life is like a bench press – if I don’t push the weight, it will fall on me. This is why I have to overcome each challenge life throws at me and to move forward.


WHAT MISTAKES DID YOU MAKE AS A NEWBIE

My biggest mistake was the lack of proper nutrition. Back then I would work out without eating almost anything. I have even gone through two basketball practices and weight training at the gym without eating anything. I wasted a lot of time in the gym before I found out how to train, how to eat and how to recover. This is why I decided to make my own website, where I can save people those wasted years of wandering without getting any results.


MOTIVATION

You have to be 100% motivated. You have to find something to push you forward and to make you go to the gym every day and leave it all there. This is why I advise people who have no clue about fitness to not comment and criticize people who have lived and achieved a lot more than them in this sport. I only accept advice and critique from people who have achieved more than me; the rest – I just ignored them.



FREE WEIGHTS VS.MACHINES

I prefer free weights; only by using them you can develop muscle mass, density and strength. I love hardcore training and this is why I emphasize on free weights. I only use machines at the end of my workouts.



WHAT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OFF:

I am most proud when I receive e-mails from people thanking me for helping them improve their physique and achieve their goals or just when someone tells me I am motivating them to work out and continue to move forward. This is my mission in life – to motivate people and guide them into the right path, whether it’s in or out of the gym.

To me, it's not about how many competitions you've won and on how many magazine covers you've been in; it's about how many people you've motivated to get in the gym and how many people have changed their bodies with your help.


DO YOU BULK AND CUT OR STAY LEAN YEAR ROUND

I stay cut pretty much the whole year, but during the winter I go up to about 10% body fat; this is when I gain muscle mass, but since I’m natural I cannot get over the 94 kg plateau in a bulk period. Pretty much the level that I am at now is close to the maximum of my genetic potential and if I gain 1 - 2 kilograms of clean muscle mass in 1 year I would be really happy.


WHAT TYPES OF CARDIO

I don’t have a specific schedule; I train often and heavy. I rest from 2 to 4 days a month. I like basic exercises and heavier weights – this is the only way for a natural athlete like me to maintain decent size. Most people don’t train often, because they are afraid they might overtrain, but I would rather overtrain than feel like I haven’t trained enough. Here is how my split is set up:

Day 1: Chest/Abs
Day 2: Back/Traps/Forearms
Day 3: Shoulders/Abs
Day 4: Triceps/Biceps/Forearms
Day 5: Legs/Abs


WHO ARE YOUR FAVOURITE ATHLETES, BODYBILDERS OF FITNES MODELS

I like aesthetic physiques, so I would say my favorites are Ulisses Jr. and Max Philisaire.



WHAT SUPPLEMENTS DO U USE

Whey protein
BCAA
Glutamine
Arginine
N.O.Booster
Fish oil
Glucosamine
Those are the main ones.


TOP 3 TIPS u GIVE TO ANYONE TO GET CUT AND JACKED

If you are not confident in what you are doing – find a personal trainer.
Don’t take advice from people, who haven’t achieved anything.
Remember that training continues for 2 hours the most, but your diet goes through the entire day, so you decide which is more important.

nizak malo sa tih 180 cm... zene vole blize 190 cm :)

slazem se :)  a ako cemo iskreno,ko ovde nije krenuo u teretanu zbog suprotnog pola,izmedju ostalog?

Izmedju ostalog da, ali glavni motiv NE.. Ko to radi zbog cura radi periodicno do pred leto da se vide bar plocice ako nista drugo, po meni je posvecivanje treniranju i sportu, u nasem slucaju teretani, menjanje celog zivota iz osnove i unapredjivanje svog duha i tela da budes zadovoljniji u svim aspektima zivota,ne samo da bi pokupio curice..nego i na bilo kojem zivotnom planu da budes samouveren i da pucas od harizme i zdravlja.. Zato se ovom sportu godine posvecuju,i ne izlazi iz krvi, i kako raste nase telo, raste nas mozak i njegove funkcije se produbljuju, jer misic-mozak konekcija vec se dobro zna sta je ;)

Ali naravno,svako ima svoj motiv, pa i ako hoce da ulovi koju ribicu ako mu pomogne sve ovo sto da ne..Ali znamo svi da je realnost drugacija,i curice se ne love izgledom nego paricama u danasnje vreme ( ne sve naravno,ima kvalitetnih ljudi jos uvek ,ali na svakom koraku gledamo sve vise sponzorusica kako se vozikaju sa matorcima i dolce gabana frajerima koji nose body majicu na obim struka 130+ i izgledaju kao jednakostranicni trougao)..

Pa naravno,i treba za takav izgled da se vezu zene zdravog razmisljanja ;)

A dobro, to je vec stvar genetike,tu nije mogao da utice mnogo :D A zene vole mnogo toga, to je vec filozofsko pitanje,sta zene vole :D U ovaj sport se ne ulazi zbog zena ;)
