Finally an honest look into the steroid world. These days in order to compete with your peers/teammates, you almost have to take some sort of performance e nhancing drugs. If you don’t, you’ll fall behind. Standard case of “keeping up with the Jones’s”. I feel it is very obvious to the world and sports fans that this is going on, but NO ONE is honest about it! And when one guy gets busted, he’s looked down upon and singled out. Not fair to single them out and criticize when everyone else on the team is doing it.
This doc doesn’t really detail team sports, but it is still the same concept. You finally get a good look into this world and a good look into why people do these types of drugs. Very informative, well done documentary. I am so glad to have seen it, and for anyone curious, it’s worth watching.

2007 IFBB Shawn Ray Colorado Pro Bodybuilding/Figure Contest ResultsThis past weekend I was able to see the 2007 IFBB Shawn Ray Colorado Pro Bodybuilding Contest through the webcast provided by bodybuilding.com. It was a pleasent surprise to see that the athletes who were rewarded were the ones who consistently come in top shape and are symmetrical but typically do not make top placings as they lack the size that seems to be rewarded at professional shows these days. Hopefully this is a trend that will be mirrored by other pro shows as, in my opinion, bodybuilding should not only be about sheer size. Symmetry, classic proportions, muscularity and definition are also very important traits that do not seem to be valued as much as they should in some pro shows.
Another aspect that I enjoyed from the show was the fact that most athletes had very entertaining routines. For example, Kai Green, Darrem Charles and Tricky Jackson dazzled everyone with their amazing skill and grace on stage as they posed to various tunes.

THE 20TH ANNIVERSARY ARNOLD CLASSIC!
Prejudging took place in the wonderful Veterans? Memorial Auditorium at noon with the Finals following at 7PM. Dexter Jackson
was striving for his 3rd victory at this event out of a field of 15 of the world?s greatest bodybuilders. All were striving
for the richest prize in bodybuilding, a $130,000 check presented by MD magazine, a $20,000 Audemars Piguet watch, a Tony
Nowak jacket and of course the Arnold Classic trophy presented by GNC.
Dexter Jackson had won the Arnold Classic in 2005 and 2006 and was seeking to join Flex Wheeler (1993, 1997, 1998 and 2000)
and Jay Cutler (2002, 2003 and 2004) as the only men to win the event more than twice. At the Finals an elated DEXTER JACKSON
did join Jay Cutler as a very worthy 3 time winner of this event. PHIL ?The Gift? HEATH pushed Dexter all of the way with his
superb shape, symmetry and new improved size. However Dexter displayed an overall package of muscle maturity and hardness
that proved to be the best on stage this year with Phil not far behind him. Phil took home prize money of $75,000.
The big surprise to many was the 3rd place finish of KAI GREENE who took home $50,000 and a lot more prestige than he has
enjoyed from any of his previous pro placings. This man is a real contender. In 4th place with $30,000 it was BRANCH WARREN
who also took out the Most Muscular Award and a magnificent Joska Kristall trophy. 5th place and $15,000 went to SILVIO
SAMUEL with 6th place and $10,000 going to GUSTAVO BADELL.
MELVIN ANTHONY received $10,000 for winning the Most Entertaining Posing Award. This was no surprise although Kai Greene gave
him a real contest!

the press pit. In the FINALS Disc #2 you will see the exciting opening of the show, then all 15 athletes perform their

This documentary is very much in the style of Pumping Iron, but like Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Total Rebuild it is centered around its “Star”, Lou Ferrigno. It charts his early years as a kid from Brooklyn, New York who had to deal with having 85% hearing loss due to ear infections in his infancy. He fought against low self esteem by working out with weights in his father’s garage, and boy did he win that battle with Mr. Universe (twice), and Mr. World among his physique title wins. Internationally known as a world class bodybuilder and star of The Incredible Hulk, we see him once again step up to the challenge of trying to win the Master’s Olympia title in his ’40’s!
This video is primarily aimed at Big Lou’s many fans worldwide and if you are not into him or bodybuilding in general it may not be to your liking. Also, if you are looking for bodybuilding info in regards to exercises and technique this is not it. I recommend “Lou Ferrigno’s Body Perfection” as a basic video guide to weight training.
Lou’s family are on hand to offer their opinions and encouragement as he tries to obtain the Body Building title that eluded him during his early competing years. This insight into Louis Ferrigno shows us his heart - which is his greatest muscle and where his true strength lies.
I found this film to be inspiring, Lou’s message is a positive one, if he can achieve success despite obstacles - so can YOU!

Sharky boljeg nema (mislim neces naci nigde full dvd vise na netu)...jedino ako imamo nekog dobricinu sa foruma pa da napravi torrent :P...inace ja bih taj dvd i kupio po nekoj povoljnijoj ceni ili nagradio nekog ko bi mozda mogao da mi pozajmi ukoliko ima..naravno sva 3 full sadrzaja diska

Pa poglej onaj link u pm ali uglavnom ti se radi na file>pa na create new torrent i onda uzimas one trackerse imas ih na onom linku i stikliras odma da seeduje i kliknes create a new torrent i odes na prvi sajt kod mene je u trackersu to piratebay odes na search i ukucas ime fajla da proveris da li je tu i onda nama das link :D

Ok da rezimiramo Da mi objasni neko...pazite ovako...ovo na netu sto se vrti od sarceva je segmentirano i tu dobijesw trening ruku,nogu,ledja,grudi(cd 1 pise) pojedinacno i cd koji se zove suplementi (disk3) gde sarcev govori pred onom tablom 45min i objasnjava...e sada meni nije jasno jel i orginal to sve ili ima jos ,posto kolko sam ja skontao to je samo deo a govori on jos o treningu i ishrani??...

I ja ga izuzetno simpatišem. Čovek je konstantan, uvek u dobroj formi, sa prilično lepim oblicima. Mislim da i dalje radi kao taksi vozač, uporedo sa bb karijerom.

Neće skoro. Neverovatno dobro zaštićen od piraterije. Nisam video ovako nešto ni kod najboljih holivudskih filmova.
Ne pratis onda Marvel-ove filmove.
Pojavice se kad izadje i na DVD-u. Nije previse interesantan siroj publici da bi neko sad radio screenere i sl.

Odgledao sam 3 Iron Mana, kao i nekoliko Spidermana i X-mena. ;D :D Ali nije baš da sam zagrižen pratilac filmova iz ove kuće, pa nisam u toku sa merama zaštite od piraterije. :)

Pa uvek su to dosta popularni filmovi, ali dobar snimak se pojavi tek kad izadju na dvd-u.

Da, za Martineza je baš skenj bio. Branch ne znam što jaše konja kad je sav ko drvo plus metar ipo
visina plus što zaraĂ°uje od svog tela. Ne znam šta će mu te povrede tipa padanje sa konja itd..
Al dobro, on se loži da je hard core, lovi životinje itd.. Ovde se vidi naboj izmeĂ°u Kai-ja i Heath-a,
biće sve zanimljivije.. Očekivao sam malo više od"filma" al dobro, nije loš tolko.

Dok se ne promeni sistem vrednovanja, gledaćemo ovo što gledamo.
Verujem da su i oni dosta svesni situacije al pritisak je takav da nemaju izbora.

Moralo bi tu puno više stvari da se promeni. Stomaci su rezultat potražnje za sve većim
i extremnijim izgledom koje ljudsko telo ne može da isprati. Sponzori, publika, sudije jednim delom
su rezultat ovoga. Novi sistem vrednovanja, ocenjivanja itd je potreban da se uvede da bi
stvari vratile na pravi kolosek.
