450kg frame walk from training today. Feeling battered haha. Won't be going this heavy again till europes but glad to know I can handle the weight

Pressing keeps improving. Plan on being back to my best soon.
Log 150kg X 3 (full reps)
140kg working on speed for singles,
Bench with bands 160kg (plus bands) X 6 sets X 3 reps
Dumbbell floor press with 60kg for sets of 8
Cable flys to finish with a little cheat pump.
Aiming for 175kg log next week.

Easter Day training session. I've started adding a bit of grip work back into my training. 2x 20kg plates smooth side out one handed pinch. I feel having a strong thumb helps massively with grip as it locks everything in when grabbing a bar or running with farmers walk. Give this a try.
